Pietro Testa started Testa Cement Corporation in 1976. During his time as a concrete contractor, Pietro built over 10 million square feet of concrete tilt-up buildings. Soon after starting his concrete business, he opened Testa Construction and incorporated in 1986 as a General Contractor.
Testa Construction owes its’ continued success by establishing a reputation for bringing in projects on time and within budget. Pietro has established relationships with several developers that have become repeat clients for over 20 years. We take pride in the fact that the majority of our projects are repeat business from satisfied clients.
One thing that separates Testa Construction apart from other general contractors is that we perform several trades in-house. This is a benefit to our clients because it expedites the completion of our projects and also allows us to be competitive on our bids.
